Oncology Brand and Customer Manager

As an Oncology Brand and Customer Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing customer segmentation, strategies, and plans for our brand in the field of Melanoma and Head & Neck Cancer. Reporting directly to the Franchise Lead, you will be responsible for representing the needs of our country customers and brand on internal taskforces. Your focus will be on maximizing sales for the brand through customer-centric strategies and implementation plans.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Lead local Brand Committees and contribute to brand strategy development.
- Collect customer needs, conduct segmentation analysis, and provide valuable insights to the C&DU local team.
- Develop local segmentation strategies based on inputs from various customer-interacting groups.
- Forecast and plan sales targets and investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodology.
- Implement marketing strategies and multichannel MCC Branded programs.
- Create and manage content across multiple platforms.
- Participate in field visits and regional sales representative meetings.
- Track metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
- Develop plans to educate Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
- Interact with Scientific Leaders to develop scientific education plans.
- Attend scientific congresses and organize local speaker engagements.
- Participate in local/national ad boards.
**Requirements**:
**Education & Skills (required)**:
- University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or other related Health Diploma or University degree in Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry.
- Marketing and Oncology experience.
- Medium to high level of proficiency in English.
**Preferred**:
- Oncology experience.
- Medical/pharmaceutical knowledge & Post-graduate title.
- Promotion experience, including co-creating innovative solutions and developing brand plans.
- Experience in or working with sales organizations.

- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Project management and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and ethics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Innovative thinking and a habit of continuous studying.
