Are you passionate about improving the patient journey in the field of oncology? Do you have a deep understanding of hospital processes and decision-making? We are seeking an experienced and analytical Oncology Health Care Lead to join our dynamic Oncology team.

As the Oncology Health Care Lead, you will be responsible for optimizing the oncology patient journey in our hospital accounts. You will identify potential gaps in the patient journey and align them with our company's strategic priorities and solutions. By developing collaborative opportunities within key accounts/regions, you will improve time to treatment and shape the local environment to deliver on customer priorities and promote our company’s interests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with hospital accounts and stakeholders involved in the patient journey.
- Work closely with the Key Account Manager (KAM) to ensure a seamless "One Company Experience" and customer understanding of our company's different representatives' responsibilities.
- Identify potential patient journey gaps and align them with the company's strategic priorities and solutions.
- Optimize the oncology patient journey mapping by developing simple and effective solutions.
- Understand hospital processes and decision-making to better address the needs of our customers.
- Manage a cross-functional team, including the Key Account Manager, Medical, Access, and Policy.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
- Effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions.
- Establish partnership contracts with health institutions, following good business practices and internal contracting procedures.
- Represent the country in regional and multi-market squads, contributing to the improvement of solutions by sharing experiences and lessons learned.
- Provide recommendations to the cross-functional team on possible approaches to address potential patient journey gaps, optimizing the patient and healthcare professional experience.

**Education & Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in hospital account management, healthcare consultancy, or working in a hospital environment.
- Expertise in project management, particularly around patient journeys.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Experience in customer segmentation and targeting.
- Strong digital appetite and knowledge of innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of hospital processes and decision-making, with a particular understanding of the healthcare environment and oncology.
- Understanding of oncology patient journey mapping.

**Skills**

- Strong negotiation skills, both individually and in groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking and communication.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance rules.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage a cross-functional team, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects.
- Ability to identify customer needs and develop simple and effective solutions.
