Empresa multinacional inserida no setor industrial procura Commercial Director para chefiar equipa comercial. A sua nova função Estabelecer relações estratégicas com keyclients, parceiros e stakeholders para impulsionar o crescimento do negócio;  Definir e implementar a estratégia comercial, alinhada com os objetivos traçados;  Supervisionar o desempenho comercial, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e áreas de intervenção; Acompanhar as tendências do mercado, avaliar a concorrência e identificar oportunidades de negócio para orientar as decisões comerciais estratégicas; Gerir o orçamento comercial, garantindo a alocação eficiente dos recursos e a maximização do retorno sobre o investimento.  O que necessita para ser bem-sucedido Formação superior em Gestão, Economia, Marketing ou similar; Apresentar mais de 5 anos de experiência em funções de direção comercial; Capacidade de gestão de equipas e coordenação de estratégias comerciais; Experiência comprovada em cargos de liderança comercial no setor industrial; Conhecimento profundo do mercado global, tendências comerciais e dinâmicas da indústria; Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal.  O que a empresa lhe pode oferecer
