DescriçãoUm Community Associate na Nimbler desempenha um papel crucial na formulação de uma atmosfera vibrante e acolhedora nos nossos espaços. É o ponto de contacto de todos os membros e a "cara" da Nimbler perante quem trabalha nos nossos edifícios e quem nos visita, pretendendo demonstrar um serviço ao cliente com cultura Nimbler, flexível, simpático e genuíno.
Responsabilidades:Atendimento ao clienteGestão do serviço de front-desk no horário laboral, sendo o ponto de contacto para membros e visitantes no local;Garantir o acolhimento simpático e atencioso a clientes e visitantes;Garantir check-in de visitantes e encomendas;Cumprir e fazer cumprir as "House Rules";Fomentar uma relação de longa duração entre a Nimbler e os seus Membros;Receber encomendas/entregas e notificar os membros respetivos;Apoio a Eventos e Atividades de ComunidadeApoiar na gestão e execução de tarefas de organização de eventos no espaço Nimbler;Apoiar na implementação de processos de obtenção de feedback de Membros;Apoiar na comunicação entre a Nimbler e os Membros;Dar apoio a membros sobre a cidade e a envolvente do espaço;Gerir correspondência da Nimbler e dos seus membros;Operações diáriasApoiar na gestão de chaves e acessos;Apoiar na gestão da organização e arrumação do espaço;Apoiar no controlo de stocks;Reportar problemas e manutenção e/ou facilities;Apoiar na comunicação entre os diferentes departamentos da Nimbler e os membros do espaço;Manter os softwares de gestão de espaço atualizados;Conduzir visitas de potenciais novos membros;Dar apoio a membros no âmbito da utilização do espaço, de portais e apps de cliente, etc;Gerir com a equipa de Gestão de Comunidade a entrada e saída de membros;Qualificações e Experiência2+ anos de experiência em Customer Service, preferencialmente presencial;Licenciatura (preferencial);Excelentes competências de comunicação oral e escrita e aptidão para serviço ao cliente;Personalidade extrovertida e comunicativa;Fortes conhecimentos informáticos, nomeadamente ao nível do utilizador de Google G-Suite, Microsoft Office, MacOs.Fluência em Português e Inglês;Candidaturas através do e-mail: ******
