#THEROLE We are looking for an experienced a highly motivated individual with experience and passion for community participation leadership.
The successful candidate will join our internal marketing team at the senior level, and interact with social media, Content and Sales team.
#THEIDEALCANDIDATE Previous experience or training in community management (advertising, PR, online marketing or a similar field) Dedicated to use of Youtube, Facebook, Twitter and Other Social Media Deep understanding of audience engagement and feed marketing strategies.
Demonstrated creativity and proven track record in community building and online engagement.
Demonstrated ability to map out a marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound Discretion to identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content Understands social media universe including YouTube, Reddit, Forums, Quora, Twitter, Wikis, blogs, etc…We're looking for a social media addict who maintains a personal mix of participatory expertise from among these channels.
Basic knowledge of search engine optimization-think.
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment A proactive approach to community engagement, identifying new trends and acting quickly to maximize engagement opportunities.
Ability to create or improve processes that turn clients into brand advocates.
This involves working alongside the Sales team to ensure the right clients are selected for the right content.
Capacity to identify high-performing communication channels and optimize efforts accordingly.
Is eager to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility Brings to the position outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Ability to communicate results to management in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's or associate degree in social media, marketing, communications, or community management.
A tech-savy mindset is essential.
#RESPONSABILITIES Oversee the creation and implementation of a community management Team Monitor online conversations relating to our brand Initiate and participate in online discussions.
Respond to our community's questions and comments quickly, and professionally.
Encourage debate in our online forums.
Build relationships with bloggers and influencers active within our sector.
Develop strategies to attract new members and increase active participation within our communities.
Interact with content, social media, SEO, legal, and sales cross-corporate teams.
Create content for feeds and snippets on various social media sites.
Participate in social media, as yourself and white hat avatars, on our behalf Tag and title content, with an understanding of how the word will impact natural search traffic and rankings via recurrent optimized content Create and update daily, weekly and monthly reports Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding our brand, and report to appropriate parties.
Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.
Act as a key bridge between Marketing, Sales, and PR to define opportunities, align teams, and enhance brand positioning.
