Se procura uma oportunidade para fazer a diferença na experiência dos clientes e contribuir para a excelência no atendimento, submeta a sua candidatura e junte-se a esta equipa Responsabilidades: Parametrizar e enviar questionários semanais aos clientes; Produzir relatórios e apoiar as equipas das unidades na identificação de pontos de melhoria no serviço; Parametrizar, distribuir e acompanhar o questionário de Employee Experience, dando suporte à Direção de Pessoas e Talento e garantindo o acesso e eficácia no tratamento dos dados; Suportar as equipas dasunidades e outras direções (ex.: QPS) na parametrização, envio e análise de inquéritos; Comunicar com clientes: assegurar a comunicação externa, através de SMS e email marketing, garantindo a adesão às normas do RGPD para proteção de dados. Requisitos: Formação superior; Experiência mínima de 5anos em funções similares; Experiência em visualização de dados usando ferramentas como Tableau e Power BI; Experiência em análise de dados, utilizando ferramentas como Python, R, SQL, ou outras linguagens e ferramentas de análise; Familiaridade com técnicas de machine learning para previsão e segmentação de clientes; Domínio da língua inglesa.
