If you have the energy to push boundaries and the ideas to make a difference, we want to hear from youThe purpose of this intern is to support On Premise & Off Premise Sales teams by leveraging data to optimize sales and promotional strategies.
The role involves transforming sales, shopper, and market data into actionable insights, streamlining management processes, and providing comprehensive reports.
Key responsibilities include driving the setup and execution of data-driven projects, such as the Sell Out analysis, POS ROI evaluations, and promotional planning tools.
The position also supports sales teams in launching new products, enhancing trade investments, and delivering market insights to drive informed decision-making and maximize business performanceRESPONSABILIDADESÁreas que combinam com os teus pontos fortesTodas as responsabilidades que te iremos confiar:Turning Sales Data into Actionable Insights.Automating Management Processes.Optimization Market (sell in & sell out) & shopper data files (Nielsen, JIT, Emnos, Circana, ect).Set up of Depletions Project (Sell out analysis for On Premise).Support on the creation and delivery of the One Pager Market overview.Develop jointly with the Category/Trade team one pagers to share how to sell in sales drivers in Retail.Support on the creation and delivery of the One Pager customer Data.POS Management Files & Support.POS ROI Analysis.Data Quality check in terms of segmentation for Drive and Bull Checker data bases.Support on the management of Off Premise and On Premise accounts and wholesalers, by driving insights through reports, calculations, ad hoc presentations and others.Develop a Promotional Planning Tool for On PremiseSupport on Promotional Analysis Off Premise File (PET) and Submission.Support on administrative tasks.
(Example: New Suk's launch).Strong analytical skills with commercial acumen to deliver relevant actionable insightsHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization, across functions and from different cultural backgrounds.Solution-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills.Ability to appreciate the 'big picture context' whilst paying attention to detail.Quick learner, curious and self-motivated with an ability to work independently.A team player with high integrity.Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Management, Analytics or other relevant field.
