**Working Internship Description**

We are looking for a **Sales and Marketing Intern** to help us scale our new **AI corporate training program**. This initiative allows companies to offer free AI training to their employees, and you’ll be central to launching and growing this business unit.

This is a **hands-on role** where you'll collaborate closely with the **Director of Marketing and Sales**, gaining experience in **sales outreach, process building, and marketing support**. We’ve designed this role to be flexible with your academic commitments, providing a dynamic environment to develop your skills while contributing to a real-world business initiative.

**Internship Duration**
- **Part-Time: 20 hours per week**:

- Schedule can be adaptable (e.g., **mornings vs. afternoons, or a few weeks with different hours**, depending on your availability).
- **4 to 6 months**, starting in **January or February 2025**. Flexible start dates depending on your availability.

**Your Responsibilities**
- **Launch B2B Sales Outreach Campaigns**
- Identify potential corporate clients and execute outreach via **LinkedIn, phone calls, and meetings**.
- Develop and iterate on **sales scripts** and communication templates.
- **Implement and Optimize Sales Processes**
- Learn and work with **HubSpot CRM**, implementing **automations** to streamline the sales funnel.
- Document and refine processes to support scaling efforts.
- **Support Marketing Initiatives**
- Assist the marketing team with the creation of **presentations, website pages, and other assets** that support sales outreach.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across campaigns.
- **Contribute to Strategy Development**
- Research the **competitive landscape** for corporate AI training.
- Provide insights and ideas to improve our value proposition and processes.

**About You**
- You are a **Bachelor’s (3rd year) or Master’s student** in **Management, Marketing, Economics**, or a related field.
- You are **fluent in English and Portuguese** (spoken and written).
- You are **based in Lisbon**.
- You have **excellent communication skills** and can convey ideas clearly.
- You are **organized, detail-oriented, and proactive**.
- You are comfortable with **customer-facing roles** and enjoy working autonomously.
- Experience with **CRM tools** (especially HubSpot) is a plus
