Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:
Supporting clients' activities by offering world-class service to their customers while working on projects of top prestigious and worldwide brands by;
Answering incoming queries from customersIdentifying issues and provide solutionsEnsuring high level of customer satisfactionRecording data in the CRM systemProviding ad-hoc supportBeing a team player and participate in the success of the team and projectSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:A native level of German and at least a B2 level of EnglishKnowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create A high school degreeBeing an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people Having a drive for excellence and professionalismBeing a real team player and committed to your workExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleLiving in or willing to relocate to Portugal for an international career and life experienceHaving a valid Portuguese work permit (required).What's in it for you?Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every yearWorking hours: full time (40h/week)Monday to Friday, availability to work between 7am - 10pm, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational scheduleSalary conditions (*) – 2 options:
Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950 - 1050€ gross/monthExcluding accommodation: 1300-1500€ gross/monthFor international candidates:
Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 monthsAirport pick upYearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrivalFree Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the companyReal career opportunities in different career paths(*) paid training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks)
