Descrição
Servir de elo de ligação entre a Operação e o Departamento de Recursos Humanos, atuando como facilitador nos temas de RH relevantes para as equipas das lojas.
Contribuir para a definição e implementação da política de Recursos Humanos alinhada com as necessidades operacionais, com especial atenção às áreas de recrutamento, integração e gestão de desempenho.
Desenvolver ações de onboarding , garantindo uma transição eficaz para novos e saídas de colaboradores, assim como a gestão de contratos e a atualização de procedimentos de RH.
Colaborar com as chefias das lojas para garantir a aplicação e o cumprimento das políticas de RH, promovendo a maximização da performance das equipas e o alinhamento com a cultura organizacional.
Apoiar na resolução de questões complexas nas relações laborais, assegurando uma comunicação aberta e apoio contínuo aos colaboradores.
Proporcionar suporte administrativo de RH, desde a gestão de contratos até ao esclarecimento de dúvidas dos colaboradores, e contribuir com informação de gestão para suporte às decisões de RH.
Perfil ideal
12º ano ou formação académica em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Gestão ou Economia.
Experiência mínima de três anos em Recursos Humanos, preferencialmente em funções de HR Business Partner ou HR Generalist , com enfoque em Recrutamento e Seleção, assim como em Formação.
Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas de Formador (CCP).
Domínio das ferramentas MS Office, e experiência em plataformas digitais de recrutamento (ex.: Net Empregos, Fashion Jobs, LinkedIn).
Conhecimentos de sistemas de gestão de Recursos Humanos, idealmente nos softwares Primavera e Sisqual.
Experiência no setor do retalho é valorizada.
