Our client is a reputable real estate company that requires an efficient sales and marketing professional to manage their growing operations.

Job Description
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including client follow-ups, preparation of presentations, and maintaining CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to help plan and execute online and offline campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential leads, and competitors' activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales figures and marketing campaign results, producing reports for management review.
  • Coordinate events and promotional activities, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
