Descrição da FunçãoO Grupo Hoteleiro PHC Hotels encontra-se a recrutar, para reforço da sua Equipa Comercial: Sales Executive (M/F).
Com reporte direto à diretora comercial, as suas principais responsabilidades são:Prospeção, orçamentação e concretização de negócio de Eventos, Corporate e MICE para as unidades da PHC Hotels bem como para os seus restaurantes e espaços de eventos; Realizar visitas comerciais a empresas, agências de viagens, DMC's e outros parceiros de negócios com o objetivo de promover e potenciar as vendas de Alojamento, Salas de Reunião, Espaços de Eventos e Restaurantes; Marcação, gestão e execução da agenda semanal de visitas a clientes (existentes e potenciais) e preparação de relatórios semanais destas; Apoio e suporteà implementação da Estratégia Comercial da PHC Hotels de acordo com os objetivos traçados e posicionamento de cada unidade; Análise periódica dos mercados, concorrência, e revisão anual do plano de vendas face aos objetivos, contribuindo com ajustes sempre que necessário, de acordo com novas tendências e oportunidades; Acompanhamento do desempenho das vendas e proposta de ações corretivas para atingir ou superar as metas estabelecidas; Contribuir e participar na criação de planos de ação e promoção para as unidades PHC Hotels; Identificar e maximizar oportunidades para melhorar o desempenho e rentabilidade do negócio; Desenvolvimentodos planos estratégicos e táticos de ajuste às vendas, de forma a gerar receitas de vendas incrementais e mensuráveis; Condução de FamTrips e outro tipo de visitas técnicas e de inspeção às unidades PHC Hotels; Elaborar e responder a solicitações de Tarifas Corporate, Grupos e Eventos das diversas unidades sempre que as necessidades de serviço assim o exijam.RequisitosHabilitações académicas ao nível da licenciatura na área de Gestão / Gestão Hoteleira / Turismo; Experiência profissional de 3 anos comprovada na área de vendas ativas – Experiência em cadeias hoteleiras nacionais e/ou internacionais em marcas "Luxury Lifestyle" – fator preferencial; Experiência profissional na participação em feiras, workshops e outro tipo de ações de promoção local e nacional; Conhecimento geral do mercado e destino Lisboa; Experiência no Segmento F&B e MICE – fator preferencial; Capacidade e apetência pela atividade comercial com foco em vendas e orientado para objetivos e resultados; Excelente capacidade de empatia, comunicação e negociação; Simpatia, disponibilidade e gosto pelo contacto com o cliente; Fluente em inglês falado e escrito, sendo valorizados outros idiomas.OferecemosRemuneração compatível com a função; Integração em equipa dinâmica numa estrutura sólida e em expansão.Se considera reunir os requisitos necessários e gostaria de fazer parte desta marca em crescimento, envie o seu CV com o assunto SE–Salesexecutive para o endereço de e-mail indicado para o efeito.
