We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team – one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.Role Overview:This role responsibilities include:Support the Consumer Products and Processing operations on the execution of key strategic priorities pertaining to Consumer Products (Debit, Credit and Prepaid), ESG Solutions, Processing and Programs.Monitor the progress being made on each priority, including through the establishment and tracking of critical KPI's for Consumer Solutions and Processing.Effectively implement digital and product strategy into core business operations such as planning and budgeting.Liaise with the Finance team to manage all budgeting and forecasting responsibilities for Consumer Products and Processing.Manage the business insights function to synthesize external customer/consumer insights and market trends.The role includes managing a small team.About You:Excellent strategic thinking, project management, outstanding writing, analytical and organizational skills, and attention to detail.Ability to manage requests and inputs from senior executive stakeholders.Well organized – able to prioritize projects with a sense of urgency.Able to navigate a matrix organization and interact with people at all levels, countries, teams and cultures at Mastercard.Agile and able to flex with shifting priorities.Experience in the Payments industry is a plus.Corporate Security Responsibility:All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks come with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices;Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;Report any suspected information security violation or breach;Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
