Quality Product Manager, Aeronautical Area(Portuguese Speaker)Location: Grandola, PortugalSalary: To be discussedJob DescriptionDevelops, implements, and evaluates production operations from a strategic quality perspective to ensure that products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and customer & regulatory specificationsWe are working exclusively with a fantastic engineering company going through a period of sustained growth and investment.They are now looking for an experienced Quality Product Manager due this increasing demand.The Quality Product Manager will facilitate the introduction of continuous improvement methodologies, working with production teams to analyse and improve current processes and procedures through the application of continuous improvement methodologies.You will be developing and maintaining measures of the success of changes implemented, engaging the workforce at all levels to gain commitment and understanding of business changes.The Quality Product Manager will implement standardised working methods to reduce process variability and ensure high quality process control and support the development of staff to enable and encourage a culture of quality.A key part of this role is to assist the Supply Chain Team to resolve any potential technical or product quality issues through technical/process improvement at suppliers.We are looking for a quality product manager with knowledge of statistical analysis, process capability and problem resolution tools (8D, 5 Why, 6 Sigma etc. ) and techniques.What were looking for:Quality System exposureComprehensive understanding of Engineering DrawingsLean Manufacturing AwarenessYou will be working in a busy, successful and tight knit team, in a fantastic working environment using leading edge technology and lean practices.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and hungry Quality Manager to join an extremely well established and growing international business that works with some of the Worlds leading aerospace and aviation multinationals.RequirementsAt least 1 year of previous experience as a quality product manager or in a similar positionPractical experience of quality management products and test methodsThorough understanding of technical documentsGood knowledge of statistical analysisStrong attention to detail and- solving skillsTeam playerGood analytical skillsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent field#J-18808-Ljbffr
