Job Description At Bosch, we are seeking a skilled Data Analytics HR IT Consultant to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in leveraging data to optimize HR processes and inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Utilize SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and other tools for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. Design and implement data models (, Data Vault, Star Schemas) for efficient data warehousing. Manage ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into the warehouse. Develop insightful data visualizations using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle APEX, and Python libraries (, Matplotlib, seaborn). Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR requirements and propose data-driven solutions. Lead and coordinate technical teams to ensure project delivery within timelines and quality standards. Apply Agile methodologies (, Scrum) to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics to drive innovation within the organization. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrotechnical and Computers Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a similar role, preferably within HR or IT domains. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and data manipulation techniques. Experience with data warehousing concepts and data modeling (, Data Vault, Star Schemas). Strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools. Ability to create compelling data visualizations using tools like Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle APEX, and Python libraries (, Matplotlib, seaborn). Familiarity with database systems such as Oracle SQL and SQL Server. Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics techniques is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Adaptability to changing requirements and technologies.
