Duties and Responsibilities:
• Customer Selection: Utilize SQL within our corporate Data Warehouse (Teradata) to select customers or customer segments based on marketing campaign briefings for targeted D2C marketing and sales communications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Managers and other stakeholders on campaign development and implementation.
• Campaign Management Tools: Utilize existing campaign management tools for workflow design, content creation, data integration, and customer consent checking for various D2C communication channels such as Email, SMS, etc.
• SQL Series Development: Create, enhance, and maintain SQL series necessary for running marketing campaigns effectively.
• Data Selection and Quality Control: Prepare reliable and timely data selections and oversee campaign execution while ensuring data quality control measures are in place.
• Data Warehouse Understanding: Acquire a deep understanding of complex data schemas within our Data Warehouse, learning over time where to access the necessary data.
• Performance Optimization: Support optimization and improvement of D2C marketing performance metrics by providing insights and recommendations to relevant marketing and sales stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in Customer and CRM campaign data management using SQL, with a strong understanding of JOIN variations.
• 2-5 years of experience in D2C communication send-out.
• Comfortable with distributed data structures and capable of quickly gaining understanding.
• Sense of ownership, proactive mindset, and effective communication skills, even in challenging situations.
• Preferably, experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), German language proficiency is a plus.
