Oddsgate is a fast growing tech company, looking for a skilled and ambitious CRM Manager to join and help us, and our clients, in this thrilling journey.

**THE MISSION**

As the B2B2C CRM manager, you will
- Fuel the adoption, usage, retention and referral of our CRM tool.
- Promote and scale a flexible product our clients’ teams use to manage their sportsbook and casino operations.
- Work with business teams to determine organizational objectives and be responsible for data collection.
- Identify new opportunities for process improvement, data reporting and customer segmentation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Set up, document and maintain CRM procedures, including our client's budget & key information such as: welcome offers, promotional calendar, Bonus scheme and more.
- Inspire and manage your team by sharing best practices, knowledge and insights
- Supporting global projects related to cross-channel customer communication and technology
- Manage, Monitor and reconvert customer journeys to drive retention and growth objectives (Deposit conversion, churn reduction, upsell).
- Improving marketing automation campaigns, enabling hyper-personalised communication with millions of customers
- Define and improve our client’s retention strategy.
- Perform market research and stay up to date with competitor offers.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Management or similar.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in the position (or a similar one) in Igaming/Online Gambling (preferable)
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and CRM Management tools (Smartico is a plus)
- Critical thinking and analytical sense
- Team player, eager to improve and help the all company grow
