Your New Role
You will be instrumental in establishing a new e-health domain, working for Orthopy, a budding company specializing in digital therapy support. Through an app, they empower individuals to manage all stages following orthopaedic injuries more effectively.Responsibilities
Formulate and execute CRM strategies using Salesforce to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and sales growth
Design, configure, and manage various Salesforce Cloud instances
Oversee release and change management, including conducting functional tests
Provide first-level support to CRM users as a primary contact
Analyze customer data to understand customer behaviour and enhance the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
Use data analysis to derive action plans for continuous improvement of CRM strategies
Collaborate closely with various teams including marketing, sales, customer support, and IT to ensure CRM strategies align with business objectives, Your New Company

A degree in business informatics or a related field
Demonstrated experience as a CRM manager, ideally with a focus on Salesforce
Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and experience of selecting and implementing Salesforce tools
Experience in configuring and administering CRM systems, as well as process knowledge in sales
Basic knowledge of XML, SQL, HTML, and HTTP technologies is a plus - High level of autonomy and dependability.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good intuition for customer needs and user behaviour
