We're looking for a motivated and driven CRM Manager to join our global CRM team. This is a critical role for CRM at Flix as we expand our capabilities, redefine our toolset and constantly optimize for maximum revenue, profits, and growth, as well as scalability and efficiency. We support constant global market growth with our marketing activities to increase repeated purchases and prevent churn. We always aim for cutting edge technologies and a high level of innovation. By joining our team, you will be a crucial part of driving the team forward, supporting us in building tailored marketing technologies while constantly challenging the status quo of our marketing tech products, especially in the field of CRM, to further drive success.
What to expect?
- You will part of a data-driven team in our Marketing & Customer Product organization, reporting into the CRM Team Lead
- You will be responsible for engaging with and driving revenue and profit from customers by delivering the right message at the right time via the right channel on a global scale (Flix is present in 40+ countries worldwide)
- You will ensure excellence in our new CRM platform set up (Braze), working with other tech teams across the company
You will be responsible for:
- Translating business needs into new tech requirements supported by your Team lead following tech development and testing them accordingly - especially supporting the move from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze
- Contributing to our quarterly department roadmap, pitching your ideas and compiling business cases supporting those ideas
Your Tasks:
- Increase orders and revenue from our existing customers, measured in CLV and incrementality
- Collaborate with MarTech teams to design, implement and operationalize CRM products
- Implement new journeys and campaigns in line with the strategic vision and business priorities
- Create and maintain a good understanding of emerging technologies and CRM best practices and innovation
Your profile:
- 2+ years experience with a CRM tool, Braze specific experience is a very strong plus
- 2+ years experience with SQL
- 2+ years in an operations driven marketing environment like CRM, SEO, or eCommerce
- You are interested in transforming business needs into system and process requirement
- You are interested in technical processes and have a good technical understanding as well as an understanding of the agile process
- You are partly a detective, investigating bugs, implementing fixes, and optimizing existing processes
- You think out of the box, and you proactively make suggestions for improvements
- You have a very structured and detailed work process. Your work is always solution oriented
- Fluent in English
