CRM Assistant - Trust Absolutely

**About the role**
We are looking for a CRM assistant to administrate the commercial operations on a daily basis. The success of this role is to be sensitive with information and diligently provide administrative and commercial support to the real estate team.

- Weekend work is rare but can occasionally be necessary

**Responsibilities**
- Listings entry process: prior analysis of properties documentation and real estate mediation agreements for submission to a Solicitor
- Inserting properties into the real estate CRM platform, writing texts about the properties and translating them into English
- Contacting real estate owners concerning the listing administrative process
- Assigning potential buyers leads to real estate consultants
- Preparing and maintaining several maps (Excel) necessary for the management and control of activity
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, other languages are a plus
- Masters Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator) is a plus
- 1 years minimum as administrative assistant

To have a fair exchange, compensation (Based Salary
- €42,000/ year) will be distributed every 3 months (€10,500) as Quarterly Goals are being fulfilled.

**Penalty and Bonus**
**Sales Manager**
No Penalty if goal is not met in one quarter but made up in the next quarter; Position will be open for discussion if goal is not met in Q4.
If goal of Q1-Q4 are met, bonus of 20% of based salary will be distributed.
If Sales Revenue Goal is exceeded and reached 100M by Q4, commission will increase from 5% to 7.5% in the next quarter.

If Sales Revenue reaches 25M individually by Q4, commission will increase 5% in the next quarter.
