Contamos com a tua experiência e conhecimento para de uma forma proativa realizar melhorias nos nossos procedimentos na área financeira.Desempenharás um papel crucial de suporte para o nosso crescimento constante e manutenção da nossa reputação de excelência.PRINCIPAIS TAREFAS:· Assegurar o processamento salarial, gestão contabilística de contas de crédito e debito e da conciliação bancária da nossa entidade espanhola;· Verificar as faturas de compras e atribuí-las aos vários centros de custo;· Processar, entre outras coisas, os registos diários de caixa na administração financeira;· É responsável pela preparação do fecho mensal e dos relatórios financeiros e demonstrações mensais de resultados.· Apoiar a equipa financeira em Amesterdão com várias análises e outras atividades;· Apresentar propostas de melhoria para otimizar e automatizar ainda mais os processos.PERFIL DO CANDIDATO/A:Licenciatura em Finanças, Contabilidade, Controlo ou numa área relacionada. Our commitment to excellence has made us a favorite among travelers and locals, and we are excited to expand our team in Portugal.Job description:You carry out work that provides reliable, up-to-date figures and forecasts for the board, management, and team. You think in terms of possibilities and proactively make improvement proposals for our financial processes and procedures. This role is crucial for supporting our continued growth and maintaining our reputation for excellence.The most important activities:You provide the monthly payroll journal, creditors-, debtors- and bank administration of our Spanish entity;You check purchase invoices and allocate them to the various cost centers;You process, among other things, memorials & cash journals in the financial administration;You are responsible for preparing the monthly closing and financial reports such as the monthly P&L of the ONE HUNDRED stores;You support the finance team in Amsterdam with various analytics and other activities;You make improvement proposals to optimize and further automate processes.Qualifications:You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Control or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification is a plus.;You have knowledge of financial and administrative processes;You are familiar with relevant laws and regulations in the field of finance and accounting;You are accurate, analytical and have an eye for detail.You have at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role;You are skilled in Excel and know how to transform financial data into useful information for further analysis;Experience with Exact Globe & Exact Synergy is an advantage and you are used to working with various systems;You have excellent communication skills and can handle confidential information well;You are a real go-getter, you can switch quickly and organize your own work;You are development-oriented and look for improvement opportunities to further professionalize the financial administration and your work and make them more efficient;You have a good level of English, both spoken and in written form;You have a sufficient understanding of the Spanish language;What do we offer?Ability to work both on-site and remotely;Competitive salary;Company laptop;A dynamic and supportive work environment;Opportunity to further develop yourself;The chance to be part of a growing company with a strong commitment to annovation and customer satisfaction.Job Type: Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
