.ENGLISH BELOW : Finance professional Carga Horaria: 32-40 horas semanais ONE HUNDRED está a procura de um/a Finance Controller internacional e entusiasmado/a com disponibilidade de integrar a equipa em Portugal. DESCRIÇÃO DO CARGO: Fornecer previsões e relatórios fiáveis e atualizados para a direção, conselho administrativo e á equipa. Contamos com a tua experiência e conhecimento para de uma forma proativa realizar melhorias nos nossos procedimentos na área financeira. Desempenharás um papel crucial de suporte para o nosso crescimento constante e manutenção da nossa reputação de excelência. PRINCIPAIS TAREFAS: · Assegurar o processamento salarial, gestão contabilística de contas de crédito e debito e da conciliação bancária da nossa entidade espanhola; · Verificar as faturas de compras e atribuí-las aos vários centros de custo; · Processar, entre outras coisas, os registos diários de caixa na administração financeira; · É responsável pela preparação do fecho mensal e dos relatórios financeiros e demonstrações mensais de resultados. · Apoiar a equipa financeira em Amesterdão com várias análises e outras atividades; · Apresentar propostas de melhoria para otimizar e automatizar ainda mais os processos. PERFIL DO CANDIDATO/A: Licenciatura em Finanças, Contabilidade, Controlo ou numa área relacionada. Um mestrado ou pós-graduação é uma vantagem. Conhecer os processos financeiros e administrativos e regulamentações a nível internacional Domínio do Excel e sabe como transformar dados financeiros em informações úteis para análise posterior; Estar habituado a vários sistemas ou experiência com a Exact Globe e a Exact Synergy é uma vantagem; Ser rigoroso/a, analítico/a e atento/a aos pormenores. Ter uma excelente capacidade de comunicação e sabe lidar bem com informações confidenciais; Ser proativo/a e organizar o seu próprio trabalho. Orientação para o desenvolvimento e procurar desenvolver processos para a melhoria da eficiência. Possuir um nível mínimo de inglês B1, tanto falado como escrito; Domínio suficiente da língua espanhola; O domínio das línguas neerlandesa e francesa é uma vantagem
