We are now looking for a Receptionist to join our dynamic team in our Lisbon based Office

If you want to stabilise your career in a large multinational company, this is the opportunity for youJob Description MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome clients, visitors and suppliers;Manage phonecalls and post;Admin support to the finance and HR management;Manage stationary supplies;Maintenance of physical archive;Prep and maintain readiness of meeting rooms;Coordination and daily maintenance of shared office spaces and facilities;Support on-site events.MAIN REQUIREMENTS Fluent in English- C1 Level minimumOrganized, keen to learn and pro-active;Some previous experience in a reception setting;Proficient use of MS Office tools; basic IT skillsTeam player with a sense of humor.Driving License is also a mustImmediate availability (Full time M-F) *Updated CV must be attached
