We seek a highly motivated and qualified Business Teacher to join our dedicated faculty. You will play a key role in developing students' understanding of business concepts and fostering entrepreneurial and critical thinking skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver Engaging Instruction: Teach Business Studies, aligned with Cambridge IGCSE and IB Business curricula, applying real-world business scenarios.

Foster a Growth Mindset: Set ambitious learning goals and inspire a passion for business, encouraging lifelong learning.

Differentiate Instruction: Tailor teaching strategies to varying learning styles, ensuring all students are challenged and supported.

Collaborate with Students: Work closely with students to create meaningful, engaging learning experiences.

Utilize Assessments: Apply formative and summative assessments to monitor progress, providing constructive feedback.

Promote Critical Thinking: Encourage problem-solving and critical thinking in business contexts.

Classroom Management: Establish a respectful, inclusive environment that prioritizes student well-being.

Curriculum Development: Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the Business Studies curriculum to ensure relevance and quality.

Integrate Technology: Use digital tools to enhance student engagement and understanding of business concepts.

Professional Development: Continuously engage in learning to stay updated with educational and business world advancements.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

A degree in Business or a related field, with international experience preferred.

A valid teaching qualification and proven experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level.

A passion for education and business, demonstrated through engaging teaching.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

A collaborative mindset, working well with peers to enhance learning.

Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding practices.

Proficiency in English, with a clear ability to deliver business lessons.
