**ROLE SUMMARY**:
- St. Peter’s International School is an international school that provides a competitive, high-quality response to the needs of a diverse population. Our fundamental principles are centered on the integral development of the child, valuing academic and professional success, based on attitudes, practices and values that contribute to the growth of the individual.- For nearly three decades, St. Peter's International School has been providing the very best in Local and International Education, combining excellent academic achievements within the Portuguese National Curriculum with that of the internationally accredited Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (iGCSE) and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP), both of which are taught in English. Students begin their journey at St. Peter’s in Nursery (from 4 months) and the school provides a rigorous, challenging and modern curriculum for all students right through to 18 years of age. Students at St. Peter’s follow a National or International pathway to university and choose to study at universities both in Portugal and abroad. Our on-site boarding house is also an extension of St. Peter’s commitment to excellence and offers the flexibility of weekly or full boarding.- This is an exciting time to join the team as we are designing our growth roadmap and new staff will be able to actively participate in this project. While this is an organisation committed to academic excellence, we believe that this is only possible if we are also committed to the personal and professional growth of our staff.- All staff at St. Peter’s are actively involved in the pastoral life of the school.
