As a Client Service Manager, you'll be the driving force behind client satisfaction and contract success. You'll build strong relationships, ensure smooth operations, and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Own client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact.
Masterfully manage contracts, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize service delivery and exceed client expectations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation and process improvements.
What You'll Need
Professionally fluent in Spanish and English
Proven experience in client management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Bachelor's / Masters degree or equivalent in a related field
ITIL V3/v4 certification
CISCO CSM
