Reporting to Collection, Credit, Billing & PA Supervisor, this professional will be leading a team in Cash Collection.A day in the life of...Manage the Cash Collection team and ensure that all activities in scope are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Drive towards excellence by ensuring best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place.Monitor the efficiency of the operations and coordinate execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives.Create and execute short to mid-term plans for optimizing the organization, function, or sub-function and the talent required to execute strategies in job area.Encourage, coach & develop the team.Ensure business continuity plan is defined, updated, and implemented.Ensure compliance of Cash Collection activities.What will make you successfulAbility to develop and lead a team.Successful experience in delivering services through Shared Service partners.Knowledge in financial area.Knowledge in SAP solution.Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools (e.G.
