Zona Centro
Principais responsabilidades Implementação do plano de negócios das áreas sob sua responsabilidade, de acordo com os objetivos e a estratégia definida pela Administração;
Colaborar estreitamente com as equipas de marketing, produto e operações para garantir a coerência e eficácia das estratégias comerciais em toda a organização;
Implementação da estratégia e identificação de oportunidades comerciais para o crescimento e desenvolvimento das suas áreas;
Definição e seguimento dos orçamentos da sua área de responsabilidade;
Desenvolvimento das capacidades da equipa sob sua responsabilidade;
Implementar plano de incentivos, em conjunto com o Departamento Financeiro, de acordo com os objetivos e a estratégia definida pela Administração;
Desenvolver relações estratégicas com clientes, parceiros e stakeholders, visando a expansão de negócios e a satisfação dos clientes;
Implementar os planos de ações necessários por cliente para corrigir desvios comerciais, de forma a atingir os objetivos delineados;
Apoio na implementação de ações de marketing no ponto de venda: aberturas de clientes, feiras, espaço no linear, etc.
Perfil desejado Formação académica em Administração de Empresas, Marketing, Engenharia ou área relacionada; MBA ou outra pós-graduação é uma vantagem;
Fluente em Francês e Inglês;
Experiência comprovada em cargos de liderança em vendas, preferencialmente no setor industrial;
Forte compreensão dos princípios de vendas e capacidade comprovada de desenvolver e implementar estratégias comerciais eficazes;
Experiência em análise de mercado, incluindo pesquisa de mercado, análise competitiva e identificação de oportunidades de crescimento;
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de negociar e influenciar stakeholders internos e externos;
Capacidade de liderar e motivar uma equipa, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e orientado para resultados;
Visão estratégica e capacidade de pensar de forma analítica, com habilidade para tomar decisões fundamentadas e orientadas para o crescimento;
Fluência em inglês, tanto verbal quanto escrito, é desejável, especialmente porque a empresa opera num ambiente global.
