Responsabilités: CTO est responsable pour assure le pilotage du pôle en cours de création dans le cadre du plan de développement de l'entreprise.
Doter l'entreprise d'un pôle portant les 4 axes d'activités que l'entreprise souhaite développer dans le cadre de sa stratégie : chantiers expertises ; support technique ; service technique partagé ; qualité du délivre; design autorité.Piloter et animer les initiatives transverses: Communautés d'expert; Parcours de formation technique, métier et méthodologique; Certifications des ressources opérationnelles;Proposer et mettre en place des nouvelles initiatives dans le cadre des ambitions de l'entreprise;Consolider les orientations techniques de KLx en lien avec les Architectes et/ou Design Authority des entités du Groupe CASA et des entités clientes, et proposer des axes de synergies, de développement, etc.;Faire le suivi de l'avancement des chantiers permettant de valoriser le progrès des opérationnelles en termes de montées en compétencesEn lien avec le service Développement des offres et Intégration de l'entreprise: Participer à la rédactions des offres; Intervenir dans les phases d'intégrations de nouvelles entités clientes ou nouveaux périmètres spécifiques non couvert par des expertises des BU opérationnelles KLx;En lien avec les BU opérationnelles KLx: Répondre et qualifier les demandes de supports; Proposer des solutions;Suivre les indicateurs de qualité et budgétaire de l'activitéEn lien avec le service Développement des offres et Intégration de l'entreprise: Participer à la rédactions des offres; Piloter les projets ou activités transverses à plusieurs BU opérationnelles KLx; Coordonner les projets techniques de courte durée ou limité pour les BU opérationnelles et pour des solutions techniques spécifiquesÊtre support dans la construction des tableaux de bords et reporting opérationnel dont KPI;Être support dans la mise en place de KPI ou audit de code, sécurité, performance;Le cas échéant faire des audits par picking des délivre des BU opérationnels.Profil: Diplôme en Informatique, Technologie Informatique, Génie Logiciel ou expérience équivalente;Niveau C1 minimum de français et d'anglais (les deux langues sont obligatoires);Ecoute et empathie;Vision, curiosité, culture technologique;Leadership et capacité à entraîner;Prise de parole en publique et facilité de communication;Capacité de synthèse.Savoir –faire requis: Java js, spring, angular, kafka, ios, android, spark;Database;Devops;AWS, Google;Big Data;ELK, Kubernetes, Usercube, Keycloak;AI : Mistral, ChatGPt;Automation;Conception & architecture design.Savoir –faire souhaitables: Architecture technique et applicative;Audit et cartographie;Techniques d'animation de réunion;Gestion de projet;Coordination transverse;Pilotage de delivery (run et build);Management d'équipe expert.Ce que nous offrons: Salaire compétitif + Prime + Avantages Flexibles + Assurance Maladie;Modèle hybride avec du télétravail et des jours on-site;Open space chez Parque das Nações, 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro et de la gare, 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport Humberto Delgado;Cantine sur place (petit déjeuner + déjeuner);Place de parking: possibilité de recharger les voitures électriques;Café, chocolat chaud et fruits gratuits;Formation (compétences techniques et générales);Environnement international avec plus de 15 nationalités;Un environnement de travail convivial et orienté vers les personnes.
