First Phase: Curricular Evaluation The selection is based on an assessment of the motivation letter and CV, including career development activities and plans in the specific area and the candidate's scientific and professional background. Emphasis is placed on the relevance, quality, and recency of the projects the candidate has been involved in:

Curricular Evaluation ( C ) is calculated based on the weighted average of the criteria, rounded to the nearest tenth:
C = CA 20 + CB 20 + CC 30 + CD 30
Candidates scoring below 10 points in the curricular evaluation will not proceed to the next phase (personal interview).
Second Phase: Interview If deemed necessary, the top two candidates who pass the curricular evaluation with merit will be interviewed. The interview aims to clarify aspects of their prior experience.

The final score ( FS ) is calculated as:
FS = C 90 + E 10
where C is the curricular evaluation score and E is the interview score.
Panel members will rank candidates based on the final score, and the candidate with the majority of votes will be selected. In the case of a tie, the Jury President will make the final decision.
