We are currently looking for a new member for the Marketing team to join us in the position of Branding and Communication Marketing Coordinator, Iberia . Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Lisbon or Oporto
Requirements: Degree in Management, Economy, Marketing, Communication; At least of 8 years of proven experience in branding, communication, or marketing roles; Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools; Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights; Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines; Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities: Oversee brand elements and guidelines creation to ensure consistency across all marketing channels; Develop communication strategies for various channels including advertising, social media, influencers, websites, PR to communicate the brand's message and positioning; Develop comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the brand's overall objectives, target audience, and market positioning. This includes identifying key communication channels and tactics to reach and engage the target audience effectively; Develop and refine the brand's core messaging, ensuring consistency across all communication channels; Creation of compelling and relevant content for various platforms, including website content, social media posts, videos, and email campaigns. Ensure that content reflects the brand's voice, values, and messaging guidelines; Build and maintain a plan to secure media coverage and positive exposure for the brand; Develop multi-channel advertising campaigns that align with the brand's communication objectives and target audience preferences; Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms. Create engaging content, manage social media accounts, monitor conversations, and analyse performance metrics; Optimise website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Manage paid search campaigns (SEM); Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, promote products/services, and drive conversions; Monitor brand performance metrics such as brand awareness, and perception, to track brand health and identify areas for improvement; Analyse, and report on key communication marketing metrics and KPIs. Use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI; Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
