Bragança site looking for a Continuous Improvement Trainee

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the Operations in the day to day responsibilities;
Contribute to the identification and implementation of improvement actions, in close coordination with the FES/Operations team.
Contribute to the implementation of digital tools, in close coordination with the FES/Operations team.

Qualifications:
Minimum education level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.

Skills and competencies: 
Fluent level in written and oral English
Knowledge of Continuous improvement tools
Lean management methodology
Good communication and interpersonal skills
International mindset
Results orientation
Ability to work in matrix organization
AutoCAD knowledge mandatory
