Bragança site looking for a Continuous Improvement Trainee

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Support the Operations in the day to day responsibilities;
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of improvement actions, in close coordination with the FES/Operations team.
- Contribute to the implementation of digital tools, in close coordination with the FES/Operations team.

Qualifications:
Minimum education level: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.

Skills and competencies:

- Fluent level in written and oral English
- Knowledge of Continuous improvement tools
- Lean management methodology
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- International mindset
- Results orientation
- Ability to work in matrix organization
