Your Role:As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing timely, empathetic, and effective support.
Your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries related to the search engine's products and services.Troubleshooting and providing solutions for technical or operational issues.Guiding users through features and functionalities to enhance their overall experience.Logging and updating customer interactions in the system with accuracy.Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service excellence.

What You Bring: Language Proficiency: Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential.
A good command of English is also required for internal communication.Customer-Oriented Attitude: A natural problem solver with a passion for helping others.Adaptability: Ability to handle diverse customer queries with professionalism and patience.Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with digital tools and platforms is an advantage.
Training will be provided for the search engine-specific tools.Experience: Prior experience in customer support or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
