Our mission is to bring the tradition of hospitality to the short-term rental market and provide peace of mind for our valued clients.The Operations Associate role will suit an individual with great customer relations who want to gain valuable experience and exposure at a well-established company in Lisbon. This could be your opportunity to join a high-growth company and compete with your skills, experience, and exposure to build yourself and build the company simultaneously.Responsibilities:- Build relationships with guests, colleagues, and subordinate/s based on trust and respect.- Coordinate, support, and assist the reception and housekeeping team with day-to-day operations.- Have a holistic approach while being able to solve problems tactfully in order to ensure client and guest satisfaction while on the other hand wisely using costs for resources.- Manage Reservations and Guest Communication (Front Office & Back Office)- Manage a team of one (currently, and with growth prospects)#J-18808-Ljbffr
