Estamos a recrutar Office & Project Coordinator para empresa multinacional na indústria.
Responsabilidades:Gerir faturas e documentação comercial no software interno para garantir as operações financeiras;Gerir pedidos de clientes, alinhando-se com a produção para cumprir prazos;Planear e supervisionar o departamento logístico, otimizando prazos e custos;Dar suporte ao departamento de Recursos Humanos;Gerir projetos e liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua nas operações em Portugal e na Dinamarca;Analisar categorias de gastos e identificar oportunidades de economia;Identificar fundos/subsídios relevantes para a empresa e optimizar o processo de candidatura e documentação.Requisitos:Escolaridade mínima ao nível do 12º ano de escolaridade;Experiência em funções similares de 2 a 3 anos, preferencialmente relacionada com a área industrial;Fluência em Inglês;Boa capacidade de organização e gestão do tempo, assim como de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Capacidade de resolver problemas, tomar decisões rapidamente e optimizar os processos;Disponibilidade para viagens em regime laboral a nível europeu.Contrato direto com empresa de referência com um ambiente internacional entre Portugal e Dinamarca;
