Job Title: Sales and Partnerships Manager This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales leader to take ownership of building, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships while driving revenue growth.
The Sales and Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in forging new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and strengthening our market presence globally.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic PartnershipsIdentify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, medical device, and health insurersManage and expand existing partnerships, ensuring mutual success and long-term value creationSales LeadershipLead the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, and closingDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targetsCollaborate with internal teams to create compelling value propositions tailored to client needsContracting & NegotiationLead breakthrough technology contracting processes, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsNegotiate and execute contracts that drive win-win outcomes with partnersMarket ExpertiseBring deep knowledge of pharmaceutical partnerships, contracting, and health technology ecosystemsLeverage insights into the health insurance and payer landscape to unlock new opportunitiesLeadership & CollaborationOperate as the senior sales leader, working collaboratively across teams to align strategies with business goalsKey Qualifications: Proven Experience: 8+ years of experience in pharma, healthcare sales, and partnerships, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleIndustry Knowledge: Expertise in pharmaceutical partnerships, health technology, and contracting processes. Familiarity with health insurance and payer companies is highly desirableSales Expertise: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value dealsLeadership Skills: Visionary leader with the ability to work autonomously, inspire teams, and align cross-functional effortsNegotiation Proficiency: Strong contracting, negotiation, and relationship management skillsStrategic Mindset: Data-driven, results-oriented professional with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomesInterpersonal Skills: Excellent communicator who can confidently present to executive-level stakeholders and build long-lasting relationships
