DescriptionHungarian Speaking Order Support Specialists – Office based or Remote within 60 minutes of LisbonRemote anywhere in Portugal€1060 per month gross with free accommodation ie own room in shared apartment OR €1260 per month gross with no accommodation.Our client is recruiting Hungarian Speaking Order Support Specialists, candidates can be located within 60 minutes of Lisbon. Backoffice Responsibilities:The core of the role involves handling customer inquiries, including:Responding to inbound calls from customers who have replied to a callback request sent by our teamConducting outbound calls (when necessary) to clarify information with customers Job Responsibilities:Handle escalations from customer-facing colleagues and resolve complex issues related to online ordersEnsure swift and fast resolution of problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchaseLiaise with partners to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfactionPerform investigations to make decisions that impact customer and partner relationshipsCommunicate with customers via phone and email to provide updates on issue resolution Requirements:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.Ability to work under strict regulations and protocolsAbility to investigate and resolve complex issuesStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and make decisions that impact customer and partner relationships Overall, this role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently to resolve complex issues.Offer€1,115 - 1,410 per monthConocimientos:Hungarian, Order Support, Attention To Detail, Strong Communication Skills, Customer Service
