A tua nova função Terás como principais responsabilidades o suporte e melhorias no SAP HCM (payroll, time management, organizational management, SuccessFactors).
Codificação ABAP para melhorias e requisitos de relatórios nas soluções HCM;
Análise de requisitos, design e implementações de SAP HCM;
Participação em projetos com parceiros internos de negócios e fornecedores externos.

O que procuramos Background académico na área de IT;
2 anos de experiência enquanto SAP HCM Consultant;
Experiência em implementação dos módulos principais do SAP HCM (payroll, time management, organizational management, SuccessFactors);
Contacto com ABAP (plus);
Experiência em customização, incluindo dados mestre, execução de payroll e avaliação de tempo;
Experiência em implementações de pacotes de suporte relacionados a HR;
Exposição à integração do SAP ECC HCM com outros produtos SAP e time management;
Contacto com SAP SuccessFactors (plus);
Domínio fluente de inglês (Alemão é um plus).
