This includes creating and managing custom objects, fields, and relationships within Employee Central.Object and Data Model Design: Expertise in designing and optimizing the overall data model within Employee Central and SAP HCM, ensuring a scalable and efficient structure to accommodate organizational complexities. Enterprise/personnel/organizational structure creation. HCM feature configuration.Rules Configuration: Skillful in defining and configuring business rules within MDF, automating processes and ensuring data integrity. This involves creating rules for data validation, default values, and dependencies.Workflow Configuration: Proficient in designing and configuring workflows within Employee Central to automate HR processes.
