Where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLE You are the main driver and responsible for the overall execution and completion of your projects within scope, time, and budgetYou coordinate your team and ensure their motivation and commitment throughout the entire project timelineYou participate in scoping, improve project planning, and secure the necessary resources for your projects from the line organizationYou supervise sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure they perform as agreedYou ensure necessary progress and highlight deviations and issues within your projectsYou address risks, solve problems, and deal with obstacles as they arise, also prepare and conduct regular reporting on project status to the steering committeeYou ensure that mandatory project governance is followed, and you contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes templates etc.YOUR PROFILE Academic background in engineering such as mechanical, electronic or aeronautic.+3 years of project management experience. Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 will be beneficialProven positive results working with project scoping and benefit realization. Experience working with both waterfall and agile project methodologies will be beneficialExperience with reporting tools such as Power BI or similar will be beneficialExperience with Project Management tools such as MS Project or SAP PPM will be an assetSignificant attention to project progress, deviations, risks, and budget controlGood written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably in technical termsAdvanced presentation skillsCompetencies We imagine that you possess the following personal skillsLeadership skills, takes initiative and can make necessary and timely decisionsAn experienced project manager who can motivate the team and maintain commitmentDynamic and developing on constant change in a hectic environment, but still structuredOutgoing personality that can build new relationships and maintain existing onesUnderstand and appreciate different culturesAnalytical with the ability to communicate complex issues in easy-to-understand terms WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.Enjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance.Engage in exciting national and international projects.Hybrid work.Your career growth is central to our mission.
