If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Legal Back-Office Advisor in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. And that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement. What you will do in this role As a Legal Back-Office Advisor, you will: Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights. Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims. Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer's claiming foundations.
