If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Legal Back-Office Advisor in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. And that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
What you will do in this role As a Legal Back-Office Advisor, you will:
Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer's claiming foundations.Concentrix is a great match if you:
Have a high level of Dutch (C2) and fluent in English (B2)Have excellent communication skillsHave previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plusAre proactive, self-motivated, and a great team playerIf you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
