Job Title: Italian Back Office Advisor for a Video Game Brand

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Italian Back Office Advisor to join our team at a leading video game brand. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent Italian language skills
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or support role, preferably in the gaming industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
