Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and multilingual Back Office Advisor to join our team in providing exceptional customer support for our gaming brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective resolutions to escalated customer inquiries and complaints
  • Conduct thorough investigations into escalated cases, gathering relevant information and identifying root causes
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their concerns and deliver resolutions
  • Make informed decisions and recommendations based on company policies and product knowledge
  • Manage escalations effectively, prioritizing urgent cases and escalating to higher levels of management when necessary

Requirements

  • Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (C1)
  • Previous experience in customer services or escalation support role, preferably within the gaming industry or tech support environment
  • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
