Italian Back Office Support Specialist for a Leading Gaming Brand

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and multilingual Back Office Advisor to join our team in providing exceptional customer support for our gaming brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Conduct thorough investigations into escalated cases, gathering relevant information and identifying root causes
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their concerns and deliver resolutions
- Make informed decisions and recommendations based on company policies and product knowledge
- Manage escalations effectively, prioritizing urgent cases and escalating to higher levels of management when necessary
Requirements
- Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
- Advanced level of English (C1)
- Previous experience in customer services or escalation support role, preferably within the gaming industry or tech support environment
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
