About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dutch Back Office Advisor to join our team in Portugal.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer support to our clients, resolving escalated cases in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Investigate and analyze complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  3. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and procedures, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  1. Native or fluent Dutch language skills (C2 level).
  2. Advanced English language skills (C1 level).
  3. Previous experience in customer services or escalation support, preferably in the gaming industry.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
