Customer Service Role for a Video Game Brand

You will be working as a Ukrainian Customer Advisor for a leading video game brand. The company is looking for a professional with strong communication skills to provide excellent customer service.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Respond efficiently and effectively to all customers' enquiries within given timescales
  2. Develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of the client's products and services
  3. Deal with all correspondence as requested/required
  4. Accurately log all calls and in line with procedures
  5. Responsibly maintain and update all job-related administrative forms

Requirements

  • Native or Proficient level of Ukrainian (C2)
  • Proficient level of English (C1)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service preferred
  • A calm, cool and level-headed attitude in every situation
  • Excellent self-organizing skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure, in order to achieve deadlines and KPI's
  • Ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment and procedures
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel)
  • Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
  • Availability to work from our site in Sete Rios (Lisbon)
