Ukrainian Customer Support Representative for a Leading Video Game Brand

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Ukrainian Customer Support Representative to join our team at our client, a world market leader in gaming consoles and production.
As a key member of our Ukrainian Customer Support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our client's products and services
- Deal with all correspondence as required
- Accurately log all customer interactions
- Manage and update administrative forms
- Recognize when to escalate issues to other departments or senior staff members
Requirements:
- Native or-proficient level of Ukrainian (C2)
- Proficient level of English (C1)
- Previous experience in Customer Service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm and composed attitude in all situations
- Strong self-organizing and problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach and willingness to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and KPIs
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
- Availability to work from our site in Sete Rios, Lisbon
