About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ukrainian Customer Support Representative to join our team at our client, a world market leader in gaming consoles and production.

As a key member of our Ukrainian Customer Support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our client's products and services
  • Deal with all correspondence as required
  • Accurately log all customer interactions
  • Manage and update administrative forms
  • Recognize when to escalate issues to other departments or senior staff members

Requirements:

  • Native or-proficient level of Ukrainian (C2)
  • Proficient level of English (C1)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Calm and composed attitude in all situations
  • Strong self-organizing and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive approach and willingness to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and KPIs
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and procedures
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
  • Availability to work from our site in Sete Rios, Lisbon
