Since our founding in 2020, we've completed 14,000+ tasks for 4,000+ clients, including Reface, Lift99, SilviaTerra, Y Combinator startups, and various VC funds.Now Hiring: Head of Marketing to join our awesome team, test and implement new marketing strategies, build and scale out marketing team.Location: hybrid work in San Francisco or regular business trips.What you'll do:Development of Marketing StrategyCreating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.Generating leads, building marketing funnels, and transitioning them to the sales team.Market analysis, competitor analysis, customer base segmentation.Content MarketingPlanning and coordinating content production (articles, blogs, analytical materials, videos, podcasts, webinars, etc).Ensuring SEO and content analytics to enhance visibility.Digital MarketingUtilizing social media, email marketing, PPC, and other digital channels.Working with marketing analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.Team Management and DevelopmentConduct 1-1s with the existing team, hire new team members, and implement KPIs and goals to make sure the marketing team is efficient.Be a mentor and a coach to your team.Implementing Data-Driven ApproachRegularly analyzing the ROI from marketing activities.Implement a data-driven approach to the marketing team.Reporting to management on achievements and planning future steps.Budgeting and Resource ManagementPreparing and controlling the marketing budget.Managing the marketing team and external contractors.PositioningDeveloping unique selling propositions (USPs).Ensuring a cohesive brand image across all marketing channels.About you:You have experience and can show results in building marketing efforts in B2B SaaS companies operating in the US market.You worked in a fast-paced startup environment.You managed and scaled a high-performing marketing team.You are a natural problem-solver and have a builder's mindset.You worked in a high-growth, tech-focused environment.You are a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies.You have strong leadership and team management skills.You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.You are proficient in using data to drive decision-making and measure recruitment success.What's on us:You'll join the coolest community of one-goal-driven people who love what they do and are ready to change the game with innovative decisions.You'll have an opportunity to positively influence the processes personally if you see the ways for improvements.You'll get unlimited opportunities to develop as a professional
