Full Fabric is looking for a **Head of Marketing** to lead our marketing initiatives and help us transform the landscape of educational technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Strategic Marketing Leadership**:Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Full Fabric's mission and business objectives, including market analysis, segmentation, and targeting to position Full Fabric as a leader in the ed tech industry.
- ** Brand Management**: Elevating the Full Fabric brand identity across all relevant platforms and touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand message that resonates with our diverse audience.
- ** Agency and Freelancer Management**: Overseeing and managing the relationships with external agencies and freelancers. You will be responsible for selecting and collaborating with these partners to execute specialised marketing projects and campaigns efficiently. This includes briefing agencies and freelancers on objectives, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs, and evaluating performance to ensure the best possible outcomes for Full Fabric's marketing initiatives. Your role will be crucial in leveraging external expertise to complement and enhance our internal capabilities, thereby driving innovation and excellence in our marketing efforts.
- ** Content Strategy and Execution**:Overseeing the creation and distribution of engaging, informative content that educates our audience about the benefits of educational technology and establishes Full Fabric as a thought leader in the space.
- ** Team Leadership and Development**:Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing marketing team capable of executing innovative campaigns and achieving ambitious growth targets.
- ** Data-Driven Decision Making**:Leveraging analytics and data insights to inform marketing strategies, measure campaign effectiveness, and make informed decisions that drive ROI and continuous improvement.
- ** Partnership and Collaboration**:Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive approach to market growth and customer satisfaction.
- ** Innovation and Adaptability**:Keeping abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly and identify new opportunities for growth.
- ** Budget Management**:Overseeing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and maximising return on investment for all marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field**: Essential for providing a strong foundation in marketing principles and business strategies. Master’s Degree in Marketing or MBA a plus.
- ** Proven Experience in Marketing Leadership**: At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, demonstrating successful development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- ** Strong Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and campaign performance data to inform strategic decisions.
- ** Excellent Communication and Leadership Abilities**: Strong leadership skills to build and guide a marketing team, coupled with excellent communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- ** Strategic Thinking and Creative Problem-Solving**: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop innovative marketing strategies, and solve problems creatively.
- ** Budget Management Experience**: Experience managing marketing budgets efficiently, with a track record of maximising ROI.
- Experience with a SaaS product is mandatory
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Experience in the ed tech industry, international marketing experience are a plus.
